1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to x7ibajee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and x7ibajee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the x7ibajee website, mobile platform, all associated applications, services, games, betting markets, and promotional features (collectively, "the Platform").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered an account, request account closure by contacting our support team at support@x7ibajee.

x7ibajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any revisions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of x7ibajee.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use x7ibajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum age requirement. 18+
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You do not have an existing x7ibajee account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for any reason.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of x7ibajee or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

x7ibajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure, at our sole discretion.

If you knowingly provide false information about your age, identity, or eligibility, any winnings generated during the period of deception may be voided, and the account will be closed immediately. x7ibajee may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of x7ibajee — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered player account. You may hold only one (1) registered account at x7ibajee. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid, personally owned email address that you actively monitor.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your own name (required for two-factor authentication and account recovery).
• Your date of birth (used for mandatory age verification).
• Your residential address in Bangladesh.
• A secure password of your own choosing (minimum 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols is strongly recommended).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. x7ibajee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@x7ibajee.

x7ibajee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or potential violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

x7ibajee supports instant BDT deposits and withdrawals through a range of trusted Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated for crypto transactions.

The following financial terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may only be processed to verified accounts. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the initial deposit, unless x7ibajee expressly approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
• USDT Withdrawals: Crypto withdrawals in USDT are subject to standard blockchain network fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Processing times vary based on network congestion.
• Transaction Fees: x7ibajee does not charge internal processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own service charges, for which x7ibajee is not responsible.

x7ibajee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if an account has outstanding verification requirements, active bonus wagering conditions, or is under investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

x7ibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL cricket season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This offer is available to one new account per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Bonus Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on x7ibajee is subject to the following rules. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm your acceptance of these rules in full.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of x7ibajee. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without explanation, particularly where we have reason to suspect irregular betting patterns or potential match-fixing activity.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. These limits may be adjusted at any time without notice.
• Cricket Betting: Pre-match and in-play cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures are subject to our Cricket Betting Rules, which address specific scenarios including match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, super overs, and player substitutions.
• Palpable Errors: x7ibajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a manifest pricing error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet was settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of x7ibajee, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, as well as potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age. 18+
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the Platform's systems through technical exploits, software vulnerabilities, or coordinated strategies.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing a third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward other users or x7ibajee staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

x7ibajee employs advanced fraud detection, identity verification, and responsible gaming monitoring systems. We may, at our sole discretion, flag, investigate, and act upon any account or transaction that displays patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct described above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on x7ibajee — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of x7ibajee or its respective third-party licensors (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from x7ibajee without prior written permission from the Company.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the x7ibajee brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of x7ibajee's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

x7ibajee shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, bonuses, or data arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• The conduct, content, or actions of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or other service partner integrated into the Platform.
• Any gambling losses you sustain as a result of using the Platform. By choosing to gamble on x7ibajee, you accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to x7ibajee in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

x7ibajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy forming part of this Agreement.
• Your account or activity is associated with fraudulent conduct, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your account is under investigation for potential misconduct, pending the outcome of that investigation.
• You have self-excluded through our Responsible Gaming tools and are attempting to circumvent that self-exclusion.
• We are required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, x7ibajee reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account, including pending withdrawal amounts, if those funds are reasonably connected to the breach (for example, winnings arising from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse).

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@x7ibajee. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Voluntary account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy — if you are closing your account because of gambling-related concerns, please explicitly request self-exclusion to ensure that future re-registration is prevented.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

x7ibajee is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. Our collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with and using x7ibajee, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In the event of any dispute between you and x7ibajee arising from your use of the Platform, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team at support@x7ibajee in the first instance. Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly, professionally, and to your satisfaction, in accordance with our internal complaints handling procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. All formal dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

x7ibajee's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
